PATAS debate video updated and improved

The PATAS (Philippine ATheism, Agnosticism, and Secularism [Society]) debate video about which I wrote a post recently has been improved–the audio is now substantially better and some other improvements have been introduced. If some of the sound issues kept you from watching or sharing the debate before, perhaps you can do it now.  Feel free also to “like” the video on YouTube, post a comment, and share it with others. I would be very happy if people in the Philippines, and elsewhere, find this debate if they are considering atheism or agnosticism.

Click here to watch the improved Ross-Maisonet debate, “Does History Validate the Accuracy of the New Testament Gospels?”

Also, the older and lower quality video has been taken down, so if you linked to or embedded the older version on social media, other websites, etc., please update your links to the newest version.

  1. Dear sir,

I am very interested in the book of Kent Brandenburg: Thou shalt keep them

At Amazon I see alas the note: Quality Issues reported.

If I am correct you are Baptists. My I ask 2 straight questions:

Do you stand on the 5 Solas Tulip? And the WCF

I have downloaded a example of above book and read it with great joy.

In Afrikaans there is now a new Bible Translation, based on the UBS Greek Text. I am having a difficult war to fight against this translation and most people and theologians have no problems with N/A UBS

I am a Textus Receptus believer.

It struck me in my hart deeply to see how you are defending the TR: with the Word, with the Weapon of God. THAT IS THE ANSWER, THE ONLY WEAPON, BUT ITS ALSO ALL WE NEED. And this I found in your books

Where can I get more of TM Strouse.

I am asking for your help

    In Christ,
    Attie Bogaards

  2. Hello there, Attie, thanks for the question.

We believe in sola fide, sola gratia, sola Scriptura, etc.

You can see what we believe about TULIP here:

    https://faithsaves.net/soteriology/

    and here:

    https://faithsaves.net/scripture-five-points-tulip-calvinism/

More on the Textus Receptus is here:

I can’t find Dr. Strouse’s seminary website right now; it needs some work and is invisible to many search engines. It is in the northeast. Sorry about that.
